Senior Transformation Business Analyst — Hybrid, Public Sector

North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to identify, develop, and deliver positive change across council services. You will lead analysis, set direction, mentor others, and work with senior stakeholders to drive improvements.

The role is hybrid, combining home working with a minimum of 2 days per week in offices located at Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough or Selby. You will also directly manage a small team and contribute to cross‑council transformation initiatives.
