Community Mental Health Nurse — Clinic & Recovery Specialist

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in Bridgwater is seeking a compassionate NMC registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Service on a 12-month secondment or fixed-term contract.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to people with enduring mental health needs, supporting clinics and duty systems. Travel across the Bridgwater locality is required to support assessments, referrals and recovery-focused care.
