Estates & Facilities Manager

The Estates role at Telford College oversees the Estates Assistants and Cleaning Team to ensure a high-quality, responsive support service for staff and students. You will drive efficient day-to-day estate operations, maintaining facilities to a high standard and supporting new campus developments from Sep 2026 and October 2026.

Responsibilities include managing the reactive help desk, coordinating maintenance tasks, and supervising contractors.
