UK Business Rates Lead – In-House, Hybrid (London)

Madison Berkeley is seeking an experienced Business Rates Manager to own the rates function across its UK-wide commercial and industrial property portfolio. Hybrid working with three days per week in the London office and close collaboration with Head of UK Asset Management and senior stakeholders.

You will monitor liabilities, oversee appeals, engage with local authorities and VOA, and drive cost savings while shaping rates strategy at executive level.
