Part-Time Income Services Officer – Housing Support

Hyde is seeking an Income Services Officer in London Bridge for a part-time role (30.5 hours per week, Tue–Fri 8:30–17:00). Salary up to £32,700 pro rata (£28,495 per year). The role focuses on preventing arrears, recovering debts, and helping customers sustain tenancies with practical guidance and case management.

You’ll handle income collection, welfare support access, and legal processes where needed, working with the Income Services team to deliver a responsive, customer-centered service.
