Overview

As Senior Product Manager for France Market Expansion, you own the France product portfolio and customer experience end-to-end, balancing global scale with local nuances. You drive the roadmap, coordinate with design and engineering, and shepherd localization, regulatory alignment, and country-specific workflows. You’ll work across functions to ensure the French legal market can run its practice on Clio smoothly, delivering early customer-visible improvements and shaping the France strategy within the global product agenda. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, AI-enabled product culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the France product portfolio and customer experience end-to-end, closing gaps owned by other teams when applicable
  • Be accountable for the overall quality of the French customer experience and ensure no local friction unseen by NA users
  • Maintain a current view of France-specific issues, gaps, and commitments, and communicate it to leadership
  • Develop and evangelize a France-focused roadmap aligned with global strategy
  • Own delivery of roadmap features and ensure outcomes support business goals
  • Prepare product readiness for France including localization, multilingual support, regulatory compliance, and country-specific workflows
  • Set a clear France vision and deliver customer-visible changes within weeks to months, prioritizing regulatory deadlines when necessary
  • Coordinate parallel workstreams and manage serialization costs when needed
  • Understand how French civil law and regulatory bodies shape product requirements and maintain direct relationships with practitioners and local partners

Key requirements

  • 4-5 years of product management experience
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Working knowledge of the French legal market, civil law, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record launching multiple products/features in a SaaS environment
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end with cross-team dependencies
  • Expertise in localization and multilingual product development
  • Experience building or managing multilingual applications and bringing products to international markets
  • Technical fluency to discuss system design, data models, platform tradeoffs with engineering
  • AI-native working style with demonstrated use of AI in product practice
  • Ability to win roadmap commitments from non-reporting teams and manage cross-functional negotiations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
