Retail Security Officer – Flexible Shifts & Growth

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and stock in a busy retail environment in Scotland. You will be a visible deterrent, patrol the store, monitor CCTV and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, ability to obtain DBS/BS7858, and strong communication skills with a proactive approach to safety and security. Shifts include weekends and evenings, with flexible coverage as needed.
