Data & Analytics Returners Programme – UK

Overview

In this role you join FDM’s Data and Analytics Practice as a consultant returning to work after a break. You will work on large-scale client projects across sectors, taking on roles such as BI Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist or ML Engineer. You’ll upskill in BI, data modelling, warehousing and ML, supported by a structured returners programme and career coaching. The opportunity includes global assignments and pathways toward senior roles, within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale projects for diverse clients across sectors
• Take on roles from BI Developer to ML Engineer within the practice
• Upskill in data modelling, warehousing, engineering and machine learning
• Participate in assignments with global companies and potentially work abroad
• Progression toward Principal Consultant level and explore diverse roles
• Engage with the Skills Lab and obtain industry-recognized certifications

Key requirements

• 1+ year career break
• At least 5 years of previous commercial industry experience
• Strong aptitude and interest in business and technology
• Commitment to at least two years of full-time employment with FDM
• Right to work in the UK
