Manpower is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in the logistics industry! They’re seeking a Forklift Operator to join their Harlow based team on a temp to perm basis, therefore this is only suited for those seeking long term employment.

The successful candidate must have a counterbalance license and relevant industry knowledge. Since you’ll be handling glass and moving two pallets at a time – extensive experience operating a forklift is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a counterbalance FLT license
• Have over 2 years of experience operating a forklift
• Have experience loading and unloading lorries
• Be proficient in picking orders and scanning goods in/out
• Have strong experience in stock control management
• Possess a good understanding of health and safety regulations
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills
