Asa Head Chef, you’ll work with your General Manager to develop and inspire theteam to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries& sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shift runs asit should – smoothly, and with great energy. You’ll love being in the heart ofthe business and working side by side with your fellow Byronites, because asdelicious as our burgers are, our people are the most important thing in ourrestaurants.

Whatwill you be doing?
Alongsideyour General Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team to create not onlyworld-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positiveatmosphere. As a Head Chef with Byron, you’ll:
- Build and develop the team, acting with patience andemotional intelligence
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety andaudit standards
- Have experience working in a leadership role withina kitchen
- Have great attention to detail, ensuring all foodleaves the kitchen as it should
- Be responsible for following process which willensure all your audits are passed with flying colours
- Be in charge of managing your stock and ensuringyour team are working to spec and recording all wastage
* the payrate shown includes service chargewhich is paid with your monthly wage and is an independently managed troncarrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and inaddition to your basic pay.
