Retail Assistant Manager – Fashion & Home, Charity Shop

Thames Hospice in Uxbridge is looking for a Retail Assistant Manager for our modern shop filled with pre-loved items. You will lead day-to-day store trading, support a small team, and ensure the shop is commercially viable while delivering great customer service.

The role emphasises fashion and home furnishings, visual standards, and active involvement in running the store. DBS check applies due to Duke of Edinburgh volunteers in the shop.
