London Area Property Operations Manager (On-Site 4 days/wk)

Aspect Resources is looking for an Area Property Operation Manager in London, with 4 days on site per week. The contract runs for 6 months with an inside IR35 determination.

The role requires strong expertise in property, FM and stakeholder management to oversee security, maintenance and facilities services. Candidate will need professional body accreditation progress (IWFM/MRICS), NEBOSH construction safety, and NEC3/TFM contract understanding.
