Community Adult Social Worker — Complex Care & Safeguarding

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. You will manage a varied caseload, undertaking Care Act assessments, safeguarding interventions, and support planning to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will work with service users, carers, families, and professionals to ensure safe, connected community living. Prior experience in Court of Protection and complex cases is essential for this role.
