Ethics & Compliance Manager – 6-Month, Cambridge (Hybrid)

Flex Legal is seeking an experienced Business Ethics & Compliance Manager to join its Legal & Business Affairs function in Cambridge for an initial six-month assignment.

The role covers ABC programme management, due diligence, advisory, training, and reporting to senior leadership. You will engage with product groups, shared services, and board-level audiences to promote a strong ethics culture. The position requires office presence at Cambridge two days per week.
