Pertemps Bond, on behalf of a reputable housing provider, is seeking a part-time Housing Repairs Call Centre agent to join its busy Repairs Customer Service Centre. Hybrid working after initial training, with approximately four weeks in the office.

Hours are 22.5+ per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:15pm, paying £19.98 PAYE / £25.49 Umbrella per hour. You will act as the first point of contact for residents, handling repairs and housing service enquiries, providing accurate information,
