Chief People Officer – Growth, Governance & FCA Compliance

Core-Asset Consulting is recruiting an experienced Head of HR for a growing financial services client. The role is senior, highly visible and reports to the CEO, Directors and Board, shaping and delivering a forward-looking people strategy.

You will govern regulatory compliance (FCA), lead major HR projects, and build a scalable organisation by aligning structure, talent and culture with growth plans. Travel to UK offices will be required.
