Food Retail Pro – Fast-Paced, Weekend Shifts

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of UK’s fastest-growing retailer. The role involves shifts such as Sunday 06:30 – 10:30, Tuesday 04:30 – 08:30, and other early morning slots, with a +£3.00 per hour unsocial premium on hours between 22:00–06:00.

You’ll be a resilient team player who delivers five-star service at speed, uses Sparks App and in-store devices, and helps drive growth in customer satisfaction during peak periods.
