Debt Recovery Legal Assistant – Financial Litigation

Brent Council’s Legal Service is seeking a Legal Assistant in the Financial Litigation team to manage a caseload of debt recovery matters, often including county court proceedings. You will work with multiple council departments and receive training in ASC debt recovery.

The post requires an organised, proactive individual able to apply civil procedure rules, assist with dispute resolution, and instruct Counsel when needed. Flexible remote working is encouraged.
