Senior UK-Qualified Trade Mark Attorney – Hybrid IP

EJ Legal is recruiting a qualified Trade Mark Attorney (UK Qualified) with 2–5 years’ PQE for an international private practice with locations across the UK. The role focuses on managing trade mark portfolios, advising on clearance, filing strategies, and prosecution for UK and international clients.

You will handle UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO matters, coordinate overseas filings, and work across a collaborative IP team.
