Head Chef – Lead a Fresh, Fast-Paced Inn Kitchen

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Head Chef for The Amble Inn, at the southern gateway to the Northumberland Coast. You will lead the kitchen team, set high standards for quality, freshness and presentation, and translate creativity into every dish.

You will take full responsibility for daily operations, manage orders with suppliers, and work to budgeted costs for food, wastage and wages while delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
