Equipment Engineer – Injection Molding & Automation Lead

Röchling Automotive is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to lead the specification, procurement, installation, validation and optimization of manufacturing equipment for plastic injection molding and new program launches.

You will drive capital projects, develop extensive equipment specs, and collaborate with Process Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and EHS to improve OEE, cycle time and throughput while upholding safety and engineering standards.
