EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead: Senior In-House Recruiter

Hiya in London seeks an in-house Senior Recruiter to own talent acquisition across EMEA, spanning GTM and Engineering. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Operations, and onboarding teams in US and Europe to drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.

You will build market maps, pipelines, and competitor intelligence, source directly in markets with no brand pull, and use AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and outreach across multiple countries including APAC in later stages.
