Claims Operations Leader — Governance & Improvement

CNA Hardy is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to lead governance, risk and continuous improvement across key claims processes in Manchester or London. You will drive audit activity, regulatory obligations and remediation actions while strengthening controls and efficiency across the Claims function.
