The Role
You can look forward to working on a broad range of corporate and financial restructuring, distressed investing and strategic M&A.
Clients include private credit funds, asset manages, banks, and corporates across a range of sectors including luxury retail and cosmetic, leisure, and energy companies.
The Requirements
They are seeking two talented lawyers (anywhere from NQ – 6 PQE) who have a real passion for restructuring and insolvency and who enjoy client contact and client entertaining!
They are a firm and team who take their work seriously, but believe you can have fun while doing so, and that you can balance your life and interests outside work while delivering a high quality of service to clients.
