Executive Creative Director

Major Players is building a pool of executive creative leaders for a number of FMCG clients hiring in the coming months.

We’re looking for Executive Creative Directors with a background leading in-house creative teams or agency teams for global consumer brands, with strong digital and social-first instincts and genuine AI fluency.

Required Skills

• Track record leading a creative team of 10+ at Creative Director level or above, in-house or agency
• A portfolio showing award-recognised work for well-known consumer brands
• Experience across multiple markets or brands
• Strong digital and social-first creative point of view, comfortable with AI tools in the day-to-day
• Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
