Night Shift Community Nurse (Band 5)

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse for the Adult Community Nursing Service, Night Nursing, based at Clayponds Hospital in Ealing. The post covers the Hounslow area with shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 across Twilight and Overnight slots.

You will deliver high-quality nursing care to housebound patients, work with out-of-hours services and support planning and evaluation of care in the home setting. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
