New GP (Part-Time) for Community Care & MDT Roles

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a GP for Creswell & Langwith Medical Centre on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension subject to NHS funding and guidance. Newly qualified applicants within 2 years may apply under the ARRS PCN initiative.

The role is based primarily at Creswell & Langwith Medical Centre, with occasional work at other DCHS GP sites. International graduates must be on GMC GP list and Specialist List.
