Hybrid Social Worker — Empowers Adults with LD

Rochdale Council is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood, Learning Disability and Autism Team. You will support adults with complex needs, their families and carers, using a strength-based approach to empower individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role involves working with multiple teams across Adult Social Care within a transformational agenda and flexible hybrid working arrangements. DBS checks apply and travel is expected.
