Employment Solicitor | NQ – 3 PQE | West London | Hybrid
A established law firm with offices across South West London, Surrey and Middlesex is now looking to recruit a high calibre Employment Solicitor to join their reputable team in their West London offices. They are looking to take on a strong NQ to 3 years qualified solicitor to join their growing team alongside the partner.
The Role
They are looking for a high calibre solicitor with experience in employment law to join the team. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a broad caseload and have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels, as the firm is looking for someone able to hit the ground running!
The role requires sound technical expertise of Employment Law and ideally prior experience in undertaking of fee earning matters. You will be advising both employees and corporations in this role.
Who are they looking for?
- Qualified Solicitor with some prior experience in employment law
- Experience in employment law
- Prior experience in running your own caseload is desired in this role
- Experience in working on both respondent and claimant cases, and on behalf of both individuals and corporations is desired (although the firm is happy to provide training)
