Facilities Maintenance Technician – Housing & Rooms

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a maintenance technician for our accommodation division in Newark. You will keep equipment in top condition, perform pre handover inspections and support site teams to meet high customer expectations.

You’ll install and remove wall boards and flooring, carry out brush painting, and maintain cleanliness, functionality and safety compliance across our fleet. Training is provided and the role offers real development opportunities.
