University Hospitals Tees is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Hospital at Home and Urgent Community Response Team Tees. The post is embedded in the medical workforce and involves advanced clinical decision making across four pillars of practice, with leadership within the nursing/AHP teams.
You will demonstrate MSc in ACP, independent prescribing, lead SOP development, and supervise junior clinicians while traveling to patients’ homes to deliver high-quality care.
