Lead Building Inspector — Regulatory Oversight & Mentoring

Islington Council is seeking a Principal Registered Building Inspector to lead regulatory oversight across a varied caseload, from new builds to complex regularisations. You will ensure compliance with Building Regulations, issued certifications, and oversee a team of inspectors to uphold high standards of practice.

You will work closely with applicants, agents and professionals, driving service improvements while maintaining CPD and a strong ethical code.
