Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Regional Strategic Key Account Service Manager to join our UK team. This pivotal role will focus on managing and strengthening relationships with key utility and renewable energy clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global clean energy leader while shaping the future of renewable power in the UK and beyond.

Primary Responsibilities Day-to-Day

  • Establish deep, enduring relationships with IPPs, EPCs, and developers that become the foundation of sustained business success
  • Enable and advance PV and energy storage project sales, directly contributing to market share expansion and clean energy adoption
  • Deliver seamless, reliable service; resolve issues quickly and consistently, resulting in high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Help secure fair, clear warranties, service agreements and after-sales commitments that protect both customer confidence and company interests
  • Turn trend analysis and industry intelligence into actionable opportunities, keeping us ahead of developments and competition
  • Align sales, technical and operations teams to deliver on promises, ensuring consistent quality and meeting customer expectations

What You Can Bring to the Company

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy (PV, BESS, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
  • Familiarity with service contracts, warranties, and after-sales processes
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and occasionally to headquarters
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with strong technical or commercial understanding of renewable energy solutions
