Senior Appeals & Quality Manager – Council Tax & Benefits

Hbinfo is seeking an Appeals and Quality Manager to oversee appeals and ensure high-quality decisions within Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Reduction areas. The role reports to the Subsidy and Overpayments Manager and involves leading on the checking regime and advising staff.

You will attend CBC office locations as needed, with a flexible approach to location and working patterns. A hybrid working model and safeguarding considerations apply.
