Senior Quantity Surveyor – SoR & NEC Cost Control

JLL’s Workplace Management division seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor focused on schedule of rates administration and NEC contract cost management. The role oversees commercial performance across maintenance contracts spanning M&E, fabric, and civil disciplines, ensuring value through rigorous rate management and cost control.

Site location is Abingdon, with responsibilities to analyse rates, benchmarks, and contractor submissions while managing budget and KPI reporting.
