VP, Data Privacy & Commercial Contracts (EMEA)

Mizuho is seeking a commercially minded lawyer with data privacy expertise to support the business across UK/EU regions from London. You will advise on UK GDPR, draft and negotiate data processing and data sharing agreements, and manage cross-border data transfers in a complex, regulated environment.

The role also covers procurement and commercial contracts, with leadership of a small legal team, and collaboration with external counsel as needed.
