Job Description:
Exail seeks an offshore support engineer to work with customers worldwide, primarily offshore, with hybrid offshore/office/remote arrangements in Europe. You will travel up to 50% of the time and support vessel operations, installation, and training while coordinating with sales and project teams.
The role requires 5+ years in offshore or related tech, a relevant engineering/science degree, and strong English; flexibility and multi-cultural awareness are essential.
