Seasonal Luxury Customer Care Specialist — London

Monica Vinader is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care Associate to join our Strand, London office. You will handle enquiries across orders, deliveries, returns and repairs via phone, webchat, WhatsApp, email and social channels and play a key role in delivering luxury service.
