Trauma Informed Mental Health Recovery Worker (Bank/Relief)

Social Interest Group (SIG) is recruiting a Recovery Worker for our Enfield service. You will support residents with complex mental health needs in a 21-bed, 24-hour supported accommodation, delivering person-centered care and tailored support plans to promote independence within the community.

We value empathy, trauma-informed practice, and strong communication to build trusting relationships with residents and partners.
