Packaging Operator – Food Production (Rotating Shifts)

Industrious Recruitment is seeking a Shift Clean Room Operator for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Milton Keynes. You will operate packaging machinery, ensure hygiene and quality, and support continuous improvement on production lines.

The role requires experience with packaging equipment, strong attention to detail, and good English communication. Rotating day/night shifts are involved; full training is provided.
