Strategic Finance & Office Lead – SME Construction

Total Recruitment is seeking a Finance and Office Manager for a growing SME in the construction sector based in Clydebank. You will lead financial operations and day-to-day office functions, reporting to the Directors and developing a capable office team.

Key duties include bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll on Xero, accounts payable, HR administration and process improvements to support organisational growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organised and an effective communicator.
