Surgical Operations & Data Coordinator

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking an Operational Support Officer to join the Surgical Division. The role requires high professionalism, excellent communication and teamwork, with flexibility to meet service demands.

You will support the Deputy General Manager and Administration Lead to meet quality, activity and financial KPIs, monitor data quality across EPR/RTT, and input data using ESR and other systems, contributing to service improvement and audits.
