Accommodation Support Worker – 20% Flexibility Pay

Manchester City Council is hiring for roles within the homeless service at the Broom Lane site. The post involves caring for residents, coordinating housing and benefits support, and working across a rotating 24/7 shift pattern including days, evenings and nights.

You will be allocated as a keyworker for a caseload, conduct welfare checks, and coordinate referrals to drug, alcohol and mental health services. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role with strong team support.
