Head Chef – Contract Catering Leader | Mon-Fri, 40h, Manchester

Off to Work in Manchester is seeking a Head Chef for a leading contract catering site. The role offers a 40-hour week with Monday to Friday shifts, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and no weekend work, with occasional paid evening overtime.

You will lead a team of 7–8 kitchen staff, drawing on contract catering experience to manage staff dining, hospitality, and fine dining services. Expected lunch service runs 500–700 covers daily, prepared fresh with a mix of hot mains, grab-and-go, and salads.
