Aerospace Accounting & Controls Lead – EMEA

Eaton is seeking an Accounting & Controls Manager – Aerospace to lead the finance function across allocated Aerospace EMEA sites in the UK. You will ensure accurate US GAAP and local GAAP numbers, drive standardized processes, and collaborate with Controllership and COEs to optimize structures for efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting/finance, a strong leadership track, and a proven ability to implement cost controls and tax/compliance programs across a regional scope.
