Subsidence Claims Engineer – Technical Expert (London)

Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking an experienced Subsidence Engineer to work in London/South East. The role focuses on managing subsidence claims, carrying out on-site assessments and determining causation and liability.

You will liaise with contractors and external suppliers, oversee repair schemes, and prepare ABI reports. MRICS/MCIOB/C.BuildE candidates are preferred but not required.
