Responsibilities

• Develop embedded software in C for complex medical devices
• Tackle difficult engineering problems, often as the sole engineer on a solution
• Contribute to product development and verification activities
• Leverage physics and mathematics knowledge to solve embedded software challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to deliver robust software solutions

Key requirements

• Degree in Software/Biomedical/Engineering/Physics/Mathematics or related field
• Proven experience with Embedded C and possibly other programming languages
• Strong problem-solving abilities and engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work independently, sometimes as the only Embedded Software Engineer on a problem
• Background in healthcare embedded software is advantageous but not mandatory
