Europe Principal — Strategic People & Organization Advisory

Marsh is seeking a Principal to lead strategic People & Organization advisory engagements in Europe. You will drive end-to-end client work, from shaping questions to presenting recommendations in the boardroom, while managing commercial processes with Marsh and Oliver Wyman partners.

You will mentor teams, lead cross-functional work across workforce transformation, HR transformation, and organizational design, and travel across Europe as required, collaborating with CHROs and senior executives
