Public Sector Bid Solutions Architect — Hybrid

Williams Lea and TSO are seeking a Public Sector Bid Solutions Manager to join the team. The role spans across Williams Lea and TSO to craft and articulate solutions for public sector bids, supporting opportunities, renewals, and continuous improvement with clients.

You will facilitate solution workshops, research and identify solutions, and write clear bid content. Collaboration with client services, BD, solutions teams and SMEs in publishing, tech, sales and marketing is required.
