Global Tax Strategy Director — M&A & Cross-Border

Liberty Global in London seeks a Director, Global Tax to shape tax strategy for an international business. You will provide strategic leadership across corporate and indirect tax, reporting to the VP, Global Tax, and oversee governance, compliance and major transactions.

You will manage a tax team, drive robust tax planning, and engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Legal and Corporate Development to deliver value creation for the group.
